The Scandinavian, located about 25 min north of Denmark’s capital of Copenhagen, is one of the few golf clubs with both courses consistently ranked in the Top 70 of Top Courses in Continental Europe. The club provides discerning golfers with a choice of 36 holes, designed by Robert Trent Jones II which are laid out in 200 hectares of forest separated by streams leading into natural ponds.
At The Scandinavian, the golf experience is in an environment that’s seems untouched for centuries. The silence and tranquility provide a stress free, yet fabulously enticing experience for any golfer.
Both the ‘Old Course’ as the ‘New Course were built using the latest technology and without compromise on construction quality and offer immaculately presented playing surfaces and a golf experience unlike anything else in Denmark.
The award-winning clubhouse, designed by Henning Larsen Architects overlooks both courses. It offers a blend of contemporary Scandinavian design and rustic feel notwithstanding having all the modern amenities required to function in today’s fast paced world.

Amid 200 hectares of forest, trees and ponds
The Robert Trent Jones II Golf Course Architects preserved the natural beauty of the 200 hectares (around 500 acres) of surrounding forest nature and wildlife.
The perfect foundation for golf
A carefully selected mixture of earth, sand and compost are spread around the tees, greens and fairways to create the perfect foundation.
A little rain never hurts
The courses can absorb up to 100 millimeters of rain per hour and still be playable. What’s more, the water is recycled in the lakes and used to irrigate the course.New Course
